1.  On Job Training: Our Employees are trained for required skills under our Academy

2. Insurance :  Employees are covered under Employee State Insurance Corporate Act (ESIC)

4. Professional Training : Employees are eligible to take professional training that is related to their current assignment, here either full or part of the fee is paid by Sharma Infoway.

5. International Certificates : Employees can get certified by International Companies like Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Sun, and Oracle. Company encourages employees for such certifications and pays 50% of the cost of certification.

6. Loans : Employees are Eligible to take short term loans after the employment period of 1 year or more.

7. Library : Full access to the technical library of books available at company premises.

9. Leaves : Company has a well defined HR policy for national holidays as well as paid leaves.
